Do you practice the art of setting weekly goals? It has been so useful for me to do this and to do it every week! I have always been one to set goals, but previously it has been a bit more sporadic. I have found consistency to be the key to success.
Here are my goals for the week:

Spiritual Goals:
- start a new prayer journal
- make printable of new Bible verses to hang
Wife Goals:
- read 2 chapters in book
- date night!
Mom Goals:
- write 3 love notes
- bedtime routine with 3 kids each night
Healthy Living Goals:
- drink 100 ounces of water
- bed by 11!
Homemaking Goals:
- make oatmeal packets
- get tax stuff together
Office Manager Goals:
- pay all bills
- revisit budget
Blogging Goals
- education 1 hour each week
- release course!!!!!

Blogging Goals:
complete Coursework on planner for three hours this week
That’s a great example! I love the visual of seeing the lists for both weeks because it makes it so concrete.
I always have to look back at where I’ve been. It so motivates me to keep moving!
