This crock pot hot chocolate combines two of the things I love most…anything chocolate and my crock pot! Anything with the crock pot makes life so much easier. Then, there is just something I love about throwing a bunch of random things into a pot, letting it simmer for several hours, and unveiling something spectacular at the end of it all. This recipe also serves many, which makes it also one of the easiest crock pot hot chocolate recipes you’ll find.

With a house full of sick ones for the past 10 days, it has been a struggle to get anyone to eat or drink anything. Thankfully we do not have a nasty stomach virus, but it is the fever, achy, just don’t even want to move variety that has taken everyone but my husband and I down.

Even my kids’ favorite things wouldn’t tempt them…at least until I hauled this recipe out. Using ingredients you most likely already have on hand, it is sure to please your troops as much as it does mine.

This is the easiest crock pot hot chocolate you will ever make…and it tastes amazing!

For this crock pot hot chocolate you will need:

  •  7 cups milk (I have found that any kind will do)
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

It is as easy as throwing everything into your crock pot and cooking on low for four hours or high for two hours. Serve with marshmallows or whipped cream! Enjoy!
