Here’s what September’s workshop is all about:
- Top 5 reasons the holidays are stressful year after year – that way you can determine WHY the holidays are stressful so you can FIX them. You can’t ever find a solution to something when you don’t accurately know the reason behind the struggle. That’s why we’ll start here.
- From there, we’ll cover some “rules” when it comes to making the holidays less stressful – and these rules include establishing healthy boundaries and learning how to confidently use the word “no” when appropriate and a few more “rules” that will bring you some relief and avoid being the one to carry it all this holiday season.
- We’ll also talk about taking shortcuts since there are more things, places, and people to cram into the holiday months.
- We’ll acknowledge that sometimes the holidays are emotionally hard, and that opens up a whole new set of things to deal with – and we’ll talk about what “dealing with these new things” means.
This workshop is JAM PACKED and now is the time to get your home, your life, and all the holiday demands, expectations, and plans made so you’re not left behind the 8-ball.
