Sundays are always a time of reflection on the week that has passed for me. I do take the time to pause as much as I can throughout the week on those moments that I just don’t want to forget.

If you haven’t taken the time to reflect back on what you’ve loved in the past few days, take the time to do it right now. You will be so happy you did!

Although sickness is never fun, it was an opportunity for extra snuggles, which was really nice.

I elaborated more on Instgram about this gift card to Biggby. If you’re not following me on Instagram, you can find me at theintentionalmomblog there. Anyhow, I found this gift card, and it was beyond a special treat that was so timely for me.

I had been dreading getting out all the girls clothes and going through them because I was worried that we wouldn’t have enough. We’ve not had a girl in nine years. These were things that I picked up here and there when we were expecting #7, but I had way more than I thought I did when I actually got them out this week. Such a pleasant surprise! If by some small chance we have a girl, we will be set for the first couple of months.

Trying to keep the healthy kids separated from the sick ones has meant that we have spent the week basically on top of each other. My little boys played trains for hours on end, and I am so thankful that they were so easily amused. Most of their toys are in the basement, which was often limits for the healthy ones. Looks like I need to go in search of a train table for these guys!
