If you are a reader here, you know that Sunday means it’s time for me to reflect back on the week I’ve had, sharing with you the things that have impacted me most.

It’s so amazing how easily life can pass us by if we don’t reach out and grab it! Finding things to savor during the week is a great way to do that.

I like to think about it as taking prolonged snapshots in my mind, because that is exactly what I do when I discover something that I know I will want to reflect on.

My first EVER artificial tree

This is the first year that I have not had a real tree in my entire life. I miss the smell of a real tree, but I cannot tell you how much I love not having to pick up needles everywhere. I also have a cat that insists on eating the real needles, which then of course gives me cat puke to clean up. Mess free. I’ll take it! I have no idea why we waited so long!

This planner

This is the Blog Success Planner from Tabitha Philen, and it has made my blogging life so streamlined I can hardly stand it. All of my things, and then some, all get taken care of in the same place, and because it is like a blogging course all within, I know everything I need to be doing that I’m not. If you are a blogger and want to check this out, you can do so by clicking on the banner below. It is truly amazing!

My e-course is all thoroughly outlined

Speaking of blogging, I have finally finished my e-course writing. Of course there is a lot of work ahead yet, but the hardest and most time consuming part is now complete, and it feels SO good! If you’re thinking about blogging or are a newer blogger who’s struggling with getting things to work, you are exactly who I created this for. Details and finish work to go, but I feel so accomplished to have finally finished this intensive step. An ebook was work, however, this is something totally beyond that, but I’m so excited to see it come to fruition – finally!

Visiting with my sister

I live in Michigan and she lives in Florida, so the time we see each other is very limited. This is a shorter visit, but it was great to spend a few hours with her. If you have siblings in town, you are so lucky. I’ve had no siblings living in the same state for several years. It’s one of those things that is hard to appreciate until you don’t have it anymore.

Adding another stocking this year

As we wait for #8 to arrive this coming May, we are officially out of matching stockings to hang. I guess we should have bought more than eight, which we did with only four kids 🙂 It really is something to see them all lined up. We never would have dreamed of that ten years ago!
