I have been posting five things that I have loved each week for a while, and it is something that I love doing. It forces me to slow down and take notice of things along the way each week, and I always find that I have trouble narrowing it down to just five things.
If you have never tried this before, I highly recommend it. We can so easily remember all the things that went wrong in any given week, but it is remembering what went right that is such a blessing.
A clean closet free of maternity clothes. It feels so good to finally have it done.
This one has given me a run for my money this week. She’s been sick, so she hasn’t been sleeping. At least she’s smiling when she’s up all night.
This little one started eating foods this week, and so far so good!
Making it through this workout. I have been sick for so long and have had to go easy on myself. This week I was finally able to get back in there and challenge myself, and it was great to give it all I had.
The willingness of my other kids to help with their siblings. They all love each other, and they are almost always willing to help. This is my 12 year old daughter helping during the night with the sick baby. It allowed me to get a bit of sleep. Such a blessing!
