Today, I am choosing to savor each moment with my kids. Their smiles, their laughter, their inquisitive minds, their exploring hands, and even their tears and the occasional eye roll from my teen. I am choosing this because I can. I can because they are still here, and even though the days are long, I know there will come a day when they will not be here.
