We commonly do a baked potato bar, a salad bar, and a taco bar when I just cut everything up and cover the counter with all the choices so the kids can come through and make what they want the way they want, but we also do a pizza bar from time to time. I will admit that this one is a bit more work in my house since I make the dough from scratch and have to roll each one out individually, but they are so much fun for the kids so we do have a pizza bar from time to time.

It really is just a matter of getting pizza dough whether you make it or buy it, and getting each one to the size you want for each person. I usually spread the sauce and the cheese on since my kids make a HUGE mess with these things. Then, I have bowls with all the options for toppings spread out so the kids can do what they want.

My recipe for pizza using this dough recipe bakes at 500 degrees, so it is pretty quick even though I can only bake a few a time.
