I love getting packages in the mail, who doesn’t I suppose. Today I received the panties I spoke about here. Although this is exciting all on its own, who doesn’t like free or better than free stuff (here’s hoping one of my secret rewards cards is worth more than $10 to make them better than free, which did happen to me once on a similar deal when one was worth $50), but the best part involves their customer service.
Customer service can be so hard to find these days, so whenever I find it, I am always sure to share it with others. Companies who care about their customers are rare, but those are the companies I want to deal with.
My order was supposed to have two secret rewards cards in it, and although it noted that two were shipped on the invoice, there was only one. Not quite sure how they would handle this, I figured I should at least call.
I explained my problem to the customer service representative and with no proof (I had no idea how I was going to prove I didn’t get them both), she just took down my email address and will be emailing me another.
I found this to be extraordinary. Seems like there are few companies who want to take responsibility anymore.
I can’t wait to find out what my cards are worth, I actually placed two separate orders and therefore have four cards to redeem once I receive the lost one in an email. I have done these deals before and end up using my $10 reward card for a pair of panties priced right around $10, therefore getting more “free” panties. I have not actually “bought” panties in a long time, and VS ones really are nice. I will have to update once I redeem my cards.
If you placed an order, did you get it yet?
