This simple fruit and yogurt breakfast with a healthy twist is so healthy and delicious!

For this healthy breakfast recipe you will need:

  • 5 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • diced kiwi
  • diced strawberries
  • blackberries
  • granola
  • honey
  • small mason jars

This recipes comes together super quickly.

Mix together the yogurt and chia seeds in a bowl. Put the yogurt in the bottom of each mason jar, leaving about 1/3 of the jar empty. Then, top with fruit, with fruit, then granola, and a drizzle of honey.

Refrigerate overnight and serve in the morning.
