If you are a reader here, you know that Sunday means it’s time for me to reflect back on the week I’ve had, sharing with you the things that have impacted me most.
It’s so amazing how easily life can pass us by if we don’t reach out and grab it! Finding things to savor during the week is a great way to do that.
I like to think about it as taking prolonged snapshots in my mind, because that is exactly what I do when I discover something that I know I will want to reflect on.

Can you even believe this view?! I nearly missed it, too. This was my view one morning this week. The sun during this time of year is such a treat to see anyway, but there is nothing like a sunrise.
My kitchen gadgets. I don’t have a lot of them, but this is one that I can’t live without. It is more expensive than some brands, but so worth it. I needed crushed tomatoes but only had diced…no problem with this! I use it for soups, making my own baby food, and other things. It gets used several times a week.

Bundled up kids who are excited about snow. It gets boring over time, but in the beginning of the season my kids can’t get outside enough!
My newly cleaned office. My family trashes my office all the time, and I am not so good at keeping up on them to clean it up. It is our office/school supply area, so it often gets rifled through. Saturday I took the time to do a deep clean on it and have banished others from entering 🙂 I will be on top of the troops, too!
Pretty snow. Not all snow is pretty like this, and if you know me even a little you probably know that winter and I are not friends, not even a little bit. However, driving home from the store on Sunday morning with everything covered in a thick blanket of white was truly breathtaking.
