IMG_3388_2Remember how I talked about clearance things here?  Today was an even better day for this.  I was so mad yesterday because I had to send my 5 year old son to baseball practice wearing his good jeans because that was all I had at the time.

Imagine my delight when I found Hanes sweatpants on clearance today for $1.49!  Now, I am all about buying clothes used, as I wrote here, but when it comes to boys and them rolling around in the dirt, their things tend to not last all that long.  That is the really nice thing about finding amazing deals on new clothes that will go through a lot, they will hold up better than something that has already been worn by at least one child.  I am always amazed at how my bins of boys’ things are so much more sparse than my bins are for my girls to pass on from one to the other.  If you have boys, you may know what I am talking about.

Water bottles.  I also came home with a few of these since these are forever getting lost, stolen, or run over in the street, much to my dismay.

My husband is also in need of a few new things, and for $1.99 for hoodies, I couldn’t pass that up either.

You can go here or here to find the deal match ups, but for me, I only used the match ups for the body wash and the aluminum foil this week.

Today I spent $44.23, and I came home with the following:

  • 7 youth sweatshirts
  • 2 youth sweatpants
  • 3 adult hoodies
  • 4 water bottles
  • 4 bags of sweetart jelly beans
  • 1 toy car (my son already has one and loves it – it was also on clearance and will go in my gift stash)
  • 3 bottles of Irish Spring body wash
  • 4 boxes of aluminum foil
  • 1 bug bite anti itch cream, on clearance

What deals did you find this week?
