Last week (in this post HERE), I shared something that struck a chord for many women: You’re not failing. You’re overworked, overloaded, over-exhausted.
And maybe you felt a deep exhale when you heard that.
If you finally feel seen and validated in knowing that you’re not broken for feeling like you’re circling the drain then you’re in the right place.
Naming the problem and having a “she finally said what I’m feeling out loud” sort epiphany isn’t really going to do that much for you in reality.
Because naming the problem is only step one.
It’s not enough just to feel understood.
What you need beyond understanding is the ability to move forward.
It’s to stop spinning your wheels. To be done starting over. To finally stop blaming yourself for being human…with human limitations,
And I get it. I’ve lived that story. The one where you have the books, the training, the planners, the podcasts…and you’re raising your hand saying, “that’s me, that’s me.” But you’re still stuck.
Still exhausted.
Still wondering why nothing ever works for you.
So in this post, I want to show you what actually works.
Not what some amazing expert tells you.
Not what an influencer with a totally different life says saved her.
Not another rigid system that fails to consider your reality.
I think the reason I’ve created so many strategies I now share with women is because with 9 kids, there was NO system that would ever work for me.
So in order to stay alive I had to figure out how to create systems in the first place.
I had to create frameworks for the done-for-you solutions that existed so the framework could work in any reality, in any life…including in mine that was comprised of managing a family of 11.
This is how I know you don’t need a one-size-fits-all strategy either.
You’re life is never going to fit inside someone else’s cookie cutter mold.
And so I’ve come up with something different.
Totally different.
I create what real, overwhelmed, totally capable-but-stretched-thin women actually need.
And I know what they need because I asked them.
Directly.
Thousands of Women. One Clear Message.
A few weeks ago, I sent out a survey to thousands of women in my communities. And the responses were raw, honest, and incredibly consistent.
These women told me where they’re stuck.
What they’ve tried.
What hasn’t worked.
And most importantly, what kind of support they actually need right now.
The patterns were crystal clear. And today I want to show you:
- The four emotional patterns women are living inside right now
- The three types of support they’re craving
- And the tools I created to meet those exact needs—in a way that actually fits how you function, right now
No hype. No shame. Just honest, data-backed guidance so you can take the next right step.
Let’s Start with the Truth (It’s Not That You Need More Motivation)
To move forward, we have to begin with what’s actually happening.
When I asked women how they’re feeling right now, four emotional patterns came up again and again:
- Stuck. You know what to do…but you can’t seem to do it. You’re watching other women thrive and wondering what’s wrong with you.
- Scattered. Your brain is constantly juggling a mile-long list. You start and stop endlessly. The mental load is suffocating.
- Foggy. You feel depleted. Numb. Unsure of what you even want. The idea of deciding what to cook, how to plan your week, or even what to wear sometimes feels impossible.
- Frustrated. You’ve tried to get it together. Again and again. But nothing sticks. And now? You’re bracing for disappointment or worse…resgined to the fact that this will just be your lifelong struggle. That this is all there is, that this is the best you’re ever going to get.
Here’s the truth: whether you’re stuck, scattered, foggy, or frustrated…these aren’t personality flaws.
They’re symptoms.
Of overwhelm. Of burnout. Of trying to do too much, too perfectly, for too long.
If you’re like the thousands of women I surveyed I can tell you with 100% confidence that ou’re not broken.
You’re maxed out.
And what you need isn’t another productivity hack. It’s a new kind of support…one that actually starts with where you are.
What Women Are Craving (And Why What You Tried Didn’t Stick)
The survey revealed three powerful, consistent longings. Let’s walk through them:
1. Real Connection
Women are craving honest spaces. Places where they don’t have to pretend they’re fine. Where they can say, “This is hard,” and be met with compassion and understanding, not advice.
The Connection Circle was built for this exact need. It’s a safe place to connect with other women where you can hear from others who are struggling too, in their own way.
No pressure to perform. No missing live calls.
Just real-time guidance and grounded accountability.
2. Self-Paced Tools that Fit Real Life
Most women are done with courses they never finish. They need something flexible. Adaptable. Shame-free.
That’s why if you’ve got clutter (more than 65% of women say they do), I created the Inside-Out Clutter Strategy.
It’s not about bins and baskets. It’s not even about the piles of papers. It’s about the mental and emotional weight behind your stuff. The real reasons the clutter keeps returning.
This toolkit helps you break free…on your timeline, with your bandwidth, and without guilt.
3. Fast, In-the-Moment Clarity
Sometimes you don’t need a course. Or a group. You just need someone to help you think straight right now.
Enter The Clarity Line: a text-based lifeline for real-time moments of fog. You reach out. Tell me what’s happening in real time and on your chosen day, I respond. Sometimes we even dialog back and forth all day. Whatever it takes to get you unstuck. That’s what you and I do.
We get you unstuck.
No formal calls. No long modules. Just one clear answer when you need it most.
The Hidden Cost of Shame (And Why We Must Name It)
So many women in the survey said they were ready to be honest.
But beneath that honesty? Was shame.
Shame about needing help.
Shame about not having it all together.
Shame about being the strong one who’s now struggling.
Let me say this clearly: You’re not failing. You’re functioning in a system that asks too much of you.
I’ve been there myself. Teaching boundaries while ignoring my own. Preaching sustainability while running myself into the ground.
And it wasn’t until I named my own burnout that I could begin to rebuild.
That’s why I created the Connection & Breakthrough Retreat happening in January 2026. Because the New Year buzz wears off fast…and the winter blahs are actually a thing.
And when these things hit, you need more than motivation. You need structure. Strategy. Community.
Why It Hasn’t Worked (Yet)
Let’s be honest: You’ve tried.
You’ve read the books. Bought the planners. Taken the courses.
But the clutter comes back. The marriage feels flat. The resets don’t stick.
That’s because you’ve been treating symptoms, not roots.
You organize the pantry, but don’t address the emotions underneath.
You try to connect with your partner, but haven’t rebuilt your own capacity to be present and just feel like a bystander in your life much of the time.
Why didn’t anyone ever tell you that marriage for decades is this hard? Isn’t it supposed to get easier?
You crash in the same spot, over and over, you both repeat the same patterns over and over again…and they’re usually painful. And repeating them only makes them more painful.
Just like the icy turn near my house I skidded across three winters in a row.
Not because I didn’t know it was there. But because I didn’t change my approach.
We all have our own “icy corners” in life. And they don’t fix themselves.
But when you slow down long enough to see the pattern then everything shifts.
The Next Right Step (Is Yours to Choose)
Here’s the most important part:
You don’t need a life overhaul. You need one aligned step.
The step that fits your real life. Your current season. Your actual capacity.
So take a deep breath. And ask yourself:
- Do I need connection? Someone to see what I can’t see?
- Do I need practical tools I can use in tiny windows of time?
- Do I need real-time clarity when I feel like I’m spiraling?
- Or do I need a full reset to build something sustainable?
