Looking for a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast idea that’s perfect for mom (and dads) as well as kids? I’ve got your new family favorite, just stick with me.

A short time ago, I went to visit my sister. I love everything about visiting my sister. Actually, this time my mom, my other sister, and I all went to visit her together, and it was a blast. My sister loves all things cooking. She reads cookbooks for fun, and her hubby is a foodie, too.

For this recipe you will need:

  • Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • honey
  • fresh fruit like strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries, but you could also use peaches, pears, mango, or just about anything else you have on hand
  • granola…I love this granola HERE from Bob’s Red Mill

For the most part, the amount of the ingredients you use will vary depending on your taste. For my, I like doing it this way:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit
  • 2 Tablespoons granola
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

To prepare, it’s as simple as putting in the yogurt, adding the fruit, and topping with granola and drizzling the honey over the top of everything else.

See what I mean? Quick, easy, and healthy. And, don’t forget delicious!
