It’s been awhile since I have posted a Fitness Friday routine. I have been focusing a bit more on doing this workout when I get up just to get my juices flowing. It has made such a huge difference for me that I thought I would share.

A quick morning workout is a sure fire way to get your day off to a good start. You will be energized, focused, and full of endorphins and adrenalin. And, remember how exercise is an important part of getting a good night’s rest?

You don’t need fancy equipment for any of these things, you can just use soup cans for weights (or anything heavier if needed) for the bicep curls.
