It is so important to be a student of our children, but how exactly do we do this? Being a student of your child means spending some time observing who they really are as different situations arise.

Read through these questions and see how many of them you can answer right off the bat. Don’t feel bad if you leave some of them blank. Then, take some time over the next few weeks to uncover the answers for the ones you don’t know, but also observe whether the answers you initially thought you knew remain the same.

Oftentimes, we are quite surprised when we are intentional in being students of our children. We may think our children are one way, but in really observing we can discover that they are actually the opposite.

Do a copy and paste on this list and print it off. Tuck it somewhere that you are able to revisit it often as you spend time being a student of your child.

These 20 questions are just what you need to discover the gift in your child.
