For this recipe you will need:

  • 16 cups fresh snow (if you worry about eating snow or live in an area where it doesn’t snow, you may substitute with shaved ice)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk (any variety)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • toppings of your choice

Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl. Add the snow, and mix together just until combined. Top with your choice of sprinkles, chocolate chips, sauces, and whatever else you would like. This melts very quickly though, so be sure to make it right when you’re ready to eat it.

Snow ice cream is a great way to make all the snow thats’s around day after day more fun, and most delicious too! This will quickly become a wintertime favorite in your home, just as it has in mine.
