Energizing Morning Exercise Routine (20 Minutes)

Looking for a great morning routine? Do you have exercising as one of your goals for the new year?

Nothing gets your day moving like you getting up and moving. This is a simple, fast, and effective workout you can do without anything other than a couple of soup cans and a chair. You can find links to detailed instructions for each exercise below the actual workout.
