Do you practice the art of setting weekly goals? It has been so useful for me to do this and to do it every week! I have always been one to set goals, but previously it has been a bit more sporadic. I have found consistency to be the key to success.

I have scaled back on my goals some since it is the holiday season, but that has allowed me to get more done.

Here are my goals for the week:

Spiritual Goals:

• participate in group three days a week
• stay current in study

Wife Goals:

• date night once this week
• read 2 chapters in marriage book this week

Mom Goals:

• research coding class
• continue in nightly routine

Healthy Living Goals:

• 100 ounces
• take meds at regular times

Homemaking Goals:

• rearrange storage area
• finish upstairs windows

Office Manager Goals:

• update bills
• schedule spring appointments

Blogging Goals:

• complete ecourse worksheets
• research videos

I think I earned a solid B this past week!

Spiritual Goals:

• participate in group three days a week
• stay current in study

Wife Goals:

• write a note of encouragement
• continue reading in book

Mom Goals:

• take 2 kids out on date
• re-establsih nightly routine

Healthy Living Goals:

• create new workout for Friday
• get extra half hours of sleep

Homemaking Goals:

• kitchen deep clean
• reorganize school closet

Office Manager

• pay taxes
• schedule spring dr. appts

Blogging Goals:

• finish reading book
• complete two projects
