Breakfasts:
Monday: oatmeal
Tuesday: homemade waffles using this mix
Wednesday: cereal
Thursday: blueberry muffins and fruit
Friday: granola bars, *I do vary this recipe slightly by throwing in some flaxseed meal and chia seeds – maybe 1/8 cup of each, smoothies
Saturday: puffed pancake
Sunday: cereal
Lunches:
Monday: tuna, cole slaw with homemade dressing (recipe to follow), fruit
Tuesday: sandwiches, cole slaw, fruit
Wednesday: hot dogs, fresh veggies
Thursday: egg salad sandwiches, green salad
Friday: bagel pizzas
Saturday: sandwiches
Sunday: leftovers
Dinners:
Monday: hamburgers and homemade fries, cole slaw, fruit
Tuesday: baked ziti, breadsticks, salad
Wednesday: crock pot chicken stew
Thursday: broccoli cheese soup
Friday: leftovers
Saturday: potato soup
Sunday: crock pot macaroni and cheese
