weekly goalsWow, what a whirlwind of a week it was for me this past week. Living with a broken dryer is challenge enough (I hang most of my laundry but during super busy seasons it is nice to have the dryer when laundry just needs to get done), but last week my microwave also broke. I know that people in the olden days didn’t have them, but using my microwave certainly is a way of life for me. It is amazing how often I use it…which of course I fully realize now that it’s not working!

I am looking at getting back to normal as this week gets on, but it will take me some time to get all the laundry done from the vacation and to complete unpacking everything, getting the laundry done, and cleaning out the car that gets so trashed since we eat meals in it.

In addition to working on these things, here are my goals for the week.

Spiritual Goals:

  • jump in to Bible study group
  • participate in group every day

Wife Goals:

  • read chapter in book
  • complete financial aid

Mom Goals:

  • take one child out on date
  • take oldest out shopping

Healthy Living Goals:

  • drink 100 ounces of water
  • run 7 miles on weekend

Homemaking Goals:

  • get bedrooms and clothing back in order
  • rotate my clothing to the summer season

Office Manager Goals:

  • update calendar
  • scholarship info

Blogging Goals:

  • complete assignments
  • complete one project this week

Given the week I had last week, I am more than happy with what I got done last week. Overall, I give myself a B.

  • catch up on scripture memory
  • read chapter in book

Wife Goals:

  • date night Wednesday
  • get caught up on school scheduling

Mom Goals:

  • shopping with oldest
  • organize high school planner

Healthy Living Goals:

  • eat less junk food
  • drink 100 ounces of water

Homemaking Goals:

Office Manager Goals:

  • update calendar
  • reschedule swimming lessons

Blogging Goals:

  • complete all assignments
  • attend class on Wednesday
