Since I have been unable to publish anything since yesterday afternoon (I keep getting error messages), I decided to go a different route to get you a Fitness Friday routine a different way since it is now Saturday and I still keep getting error messages when trying to upload new posts.
This week my focus was on finding and completing a new leg strengthening routine. Strong legs are the key to anything we do, and as a runner, it was when I started focusing on a leg strengthing routine that my times started really dropping.
I came across this workout online, which had many of the same things I did this week including squats, lunges, and calf raises.
This is a really great routine that you don’t need any equipment for and can be done right in your own home.
